Terms of Service​​

Tracking information is sent to the customer's email address as soon as the shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking status to become active.​

 

• A 2.9% sales tax applies exclusively to Colorado orders.

​

• Domestic orders for customers in the United States include USPS Priority shipping in the price.

​

• Standard (non-pre-sale) items ship within 2 to 5 business days. Customers will receive USPS tracking via email prior to shipment, which may take up to 72 hours to update.

​

• All international orders are subject to a supplemental shipping fee.

​

• Fowl Sounds is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred.

​

• Shipping costs for returned international orders are non-reimbursable. Customers must pay for re-shipment or may request a refund for the pedal (excluding shipping) if customs returns item in new condition.

​

• We do not label international shipments as "gifts," despite our shared dislike for customs fees.
